3 Year Wheel Warranty + Crash Replacement
Our MTB wheels are created where they are meant to be ridden: on real trails. They are developed, tested, and ridden – until they are ready for everything the trail throws at them.
That’s why we offer a 3-year manufacturer warranty covering material and manufacturing defects.
And if things ever get really rough: With our Crash Replacement Program you can receive replacement parts or a replacement wheel at reduced prices within 3 years.
3-YEAR WARRANTY- In addition to the statutory 2-year warranty, we offer a 3-year manufacturer warranty covering material and manufacturing defects.
- Register your wheel within 30 days.
- If a defect occurs, we will inspect your wheel and provide a fast solution – repair or replacement.
- Material or manufacturing defects on rims and hubs
- The original owner
- 3 years from the date of purchase
- Use within the intended riding category
- Proof of purchase required
- Normal wear and tear (e.g. bearings)
- Damage caused by incorrect installation or improper maintenance
- Improper use
- Cosmetic damage
- Modification of the wheels
- Use outside the intended purpose
- Commercial use (e.g. rental)
Trails can be tough – and sometimes the trail wins.
If your wheel is damaged in a crash, you can benefit from our Crash Replacement Program.
- Within 3 years of purchase, your wheel will be professionally repaired
- Or you will receive a replacement wheel with 50% off the recommended retail price (RRP)
- Report the damage to your dealer or at https://ambit-components.com/en/tech-support/service-warranty/
- Submit a photo + proof of purchase
- Our service team reviews the case
- Repair or replacement will be arranged
